ESTATE MANAGEMENT AND LIQUIDATION
Whereas, The Firm has been dealing with many heritage estates that include many properties, so that the Firm has carried out all related procedures, which are:
• Affixing the identities to the instruments that do not contain them and updating them, as well as liaising with the Secretariat and notaries public within the various regions of the Kingdom.
• Finalizing all procedures related to real estate disputes by the State, until the compensations are received. The company succeeded in terminating a dispute pertaining to one of the properties of its clients, which was expropriated by one of the government authorities for more than twenty years through the judiciary, as well as claiming compensation for the previous years.
• Confirming the title of the judicially disputed properties and winning many cases related thereto.
• Obtaining the permits to sell or purchase properties for the minors, and the Firm was able to obtain an exception to appeal from the Honorable Judge concerning an inheritance.
• Drafting lease contracts in such a manner that guarantees the heirs’ rights and following upon collecting them.
• Finalizing the real estate grants.
PROPERTIES OUTSIDE THE KINGDOM
The Firm, in consideration of its experience, managed a large group of the properties owned by many heirs outside the Kingdom, whether in Europe, Arab countries and Gulf, and rectified their legal situations, and the Firm was able to contribute to eliminating many legal objections as to owning the properties and contributing to finding the proper ways to own directly, through companies owned by the individuals, through limited partnerships or through what is known as )trust( in Britain, The Firm has contributed to the establishment, management and organization of those companies in cooperation with our partners in the various European countries, and the Firm was also able to divide and distribute the properties among the heirs such a manner that preserves the rights of everyone and fulfills their desires if applicable, taking into account the legal and statutory principles, and whatever preserves the rights of minors, if any.
The Firm also followed up on the leased and invested properties and collected the rent from the tenants, whether they are in those countries or inside the Kingdom.
FINANCE
• Liquidating the portfolios and investment funds and managing the bank accounts in various currencies, such a manner that ensures the proper pace of the inheritance works and expenses inside and outside the Kingdom.
